We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
ORDER
For your order to be processed, it must include your name, postal address, phone number, email address and any other ordering information specified on this website.
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars. Only credit card and BNPL (Buy-Now-Pay-Later) are accepted at IDS Aesthetics website. IDS does not accept deposits for the purpose of securing a deal nor does it allow purchases to be paid by instalment. Payment must be accepted by credit card using the payment facility on this website or via funds transfer between Singapore banks. An order confirmation of your purchase will be sent to your email once payment has been received and cleared.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email within four (4) working days (kindly check that the email is not in your junk/spam folder), please contact enquiries@idsaesthetics.com
Your payment will be processed in Singapore Dollars. Other currency displayed on this website is for indicative purposes only. We are not responsible for any loss due to changes in exchange rate or any other charges which your bank may levy to process your payment.
We regret to inform you that once an order has been submitted, you are unable to cancel your order.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to the descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order), notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.
If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, TRANSFER OF TREATMENT AND EXTENSION OF TREATMENT
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of any treatments unless special condition
For any exchange or refund, treatments must have been purchased directly from IDS Aesthetics website. We cannot process requests for exchanges or replacements for treatments purchased from IDS retail outlets.
Approved refunds will be made to your original mode of payment within two to four weeks after it has been approved by our management. Please note that the processing time may vary for different issuing. You will receive a notification email when your refund has been processed.
Transfer of treatment to another individual, and extension of treatments are not allowed. Any special reason or condition, please contact your consultant or drop us an email at enquiries@idsaesthetics.com. Our management will review on a case-by-case basis for approval.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our treatments are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
