If I am travelling for work, can I claim back the periods that I’m away?
Yes you may. However, there will be a limit as to how many times/the duration of travel you will be able to claim. Do check your membership T&C’s for more details
If I relocate out of state during the first year of membership, will I be able to redeem those months back?
Yes, but you will be required to provide one-month notice to cancel as proof of out-of-state residence. IDS Aesthetics will allow a maximum of 3 months of out-of-state status. Upon return, you will be asked to produce your boarding pass and passport to prove you were out of town to redeem back the 3 months. Payment will be deducted as per normal within the agreed payment term.
What are the payment methods available?
- Full payment by Cash / Credit Card (Mastercard / VISA) / NETS / Payment Partners (Atome, ShopBack, GrabPay, ShopeePay)
- Full payment to be made in 3 instalments over the first 3 months via Buy-Now-Pay-Later Partners such as Atome, SPayLater, PayLater with Grab SG (4 months)
