Redemption Requirements: To redeem your facial treatment, you must present a copy of the invoice sent to your registered email at the time of purchase for verification. If your purchase cannot be verified, redemption may not be possible.

Facial Treatment Redemption and Product Collection: Facial treatments and any products included in facial deals can be collected from 1st November 2025 onwards.
Collection Deadline: All products must be collected by 31st December 2025. Uncollected products after this date will be forfeited.
