

This Policy establishes the terms governing all sales of products and all purchases of procedures or treatment packages from IDS Aesthetics Pte Ltd. All customers are required to read and acknowledge this Policy prior to making payment.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
1.1 All sales are final. IDS Aesthetics adopts a strict no refund and no cancellation policy for all procedures, treatments, and products sold, except where required by law.
1.2 Any exception to this Policy is strictly at the sole and absolute discretion of IDS Aesthetics. IDS Aesthetics may decline any refund or exchange request without providing reasons.
1.3 IDS Aesthetics does not guarantee treatment outcomes. Results vary among individuals. No representations or warranties are made regarding specific results.
1.4 Customers must disclose all relevant medical information before receiving treatment. IDS Aesthetics is not liable for undeclared medical conditions or contraindications.
2. PRODUCTS
2.1 Refunds
2.1.1 Refunds for products will only be considered for items that are unopened, unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Such refunds may be granted solely as a discretionary goodwill gesture and must be requested within seven days from the date of purchase appearing on the official receipt.
2.1.2 Products purchased using gift vouchers, promotional pricing, bundles, credits, or discounts are strictly non refundable.
2.1.3 IDS Aesthetics reserves the right to assess resaleability and may decline refund requests if the product is not deemed suitable for resale.
2.2 Exchanges
2.2.1 Products that have been opened or partially used may be eligible for exchange only as a discretionary goodwill gesture. IDS Aesthetics may offer to buy back the product at up to twenty percent of its original value, provided that no more than one quarter of the content has been used. IDS Aesthetics's assessment is final.
2.2.2 If a locally registered physician provides written verification that the customer developed a medically verified allergy solely caused by the product, IDS Aesthetics may offer a refund or an exchange, provided the product and verification are returned within seven days of the medical certification date. IDS Aesthetics reserves the right to refer the matter to its appointed medical advisor before approving any refund or exchange.
2.2.3 Customers may exchange a purchased product for another product of higher value by paying the price difference. No cash or credit will be given if the replacement product is of lower value.
2.2.4 Processing for exchanges under medical review may take up to six weeks or longer to allow examination by distributors or manufacturers.
3. PROCEDURES OR TREATMENT PACKAGES
3.1 Package Structure
3.1.1 Paid sessions must be fully utilised before free or complimentary sessions may be used.
3.1.2 Customers are not permitted to upgrade or downgrade within the same category of treatment package.
3.2 Refunds
3.2.1 IDS Aesthetics adopts a strict no refund policy for all procedures or treatment packages.
3.2.2 If IDS Aesthetics, at its sole discretion, considers a refund request, the refundable amount will be calculated as follows:
- Refund amount equals
- Total amount paid minus the retail value of all utilised procedures or treatments.
3.2.3 Retail value means the prevailing published walk in price of each procedure or treatment on the date the refund request is submitted. IDS Aesthetics's determination of retail value is final.
3.2.4 Strictly no refunds will be granted where:
- the package has expired
- only free or complimentary sessions remain
- the package was purchased using any instalment plan
- the package was purchased using gift vouchers
- the package was purchased at a promotional, discounted, or special rate
3.2.5 Requests for extension of expired packages may be considered strictly on goodwill basis. Extensions do not modify or override the no refund policy.
3.3 Exchange of Treatment Packages
3.3.1 Customers may request to exchange an existing package that has unused paid value for a different package of equal or higher value.
3.3.2 Unused paid value will be calculated after subtracting the retail value of utilised treatments. Customers must pay the difference if the new package is of higher value.
3.3.3 An exchange will be allowed only once per package and only if the package is still valid. Packages with only free sessions remaining or expired packages are not eligible.
3.3.4 IDS Aesthetics reserves the right to decline any exchange request without reason.
4. ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Refund or exchange requests must be made in person using the official IDS Aesthetics Request Form and must be supported by the original receipt.
4.2 If a refund is approved, processing may take up to three months or longer for verification and administrative checks.
4.3 Refunds will be issued only by cheque in the customer’s name. For security reasons, the customer or a duly authorised representative must collect the cheque in person.
4.4 Administrative charges, bank fees, credit card fees, and related charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. INTERPRETATION
5.1 If any dispute arises over the interpretation of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.
5.2 IDS Aesthetics reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.
